Multifunctional Motorsport Complex with Integrated Infrastructure
This project presents a masterplan for a multifunctional motorsport cluster, developed in line with FIA and FIM international standards.
The concept is centered around a layered motorsport environment that combines high-speed racing, technical training, and large-scale public events within a single operational system.
Full-length international-grade racing circuit with high average speeds, optional layouts, and integrated DRS zones
Multiple track configurations: karting, drift, rallycross, motorcycle GP, and historic racing
Road safety training center including skid pad, dynamic platforms, slalom section, and wet handling loop
Media center, pit building, grandstands, VIP areas, helipads
Complete logistics system: service areas, spectator flow, vehicle access, and paddock zoning
Track geometry and speed simulations for Formula 1, GT3, MotoGP categories
The project was delivered with a high level of detail: layout plans, modular sections, speed zones, corner scenarios, and phased infrastructure strategy.
The resulting masterplan is fully ready for further design development, engineering, and integration into a regional motorsport and tourism ecosystem.
