The task was to create a highly functional and visually coherent architectural solution that combines sport, leisure.
Key Deliverables:
Architectural concept and space planning for a standalone karting building
Functional zoning including:
– reception area, ticket zone, and changing rooms
– technical and storage areas for karts and equipment
– staff zones and mechanical service spaces
– multi-level public access areas including terraces and lounges
Development of architectural drawings and spatial organization in compliance with operational and safety requirements
