Concept Design for a Hospitality & SPA Complex
The project includes the architectural and interior design development for a premium hospitality complex with a full-service SPA center.
Key Deliverables:
Architectural concept of the hotel building and surrounding landscape environment
Functional zoning of key areas: reception, lounge, suites, SPA complex, restaurant, and auxiliary facilities
Interior design for the following areas:
– male and female locker rooms, showers, staff zones
– multiple types of steam rooms: hammam, Finnish sauna, bio sauna, Roman bath
– massage rooms, relaxation lounges, fitness and pool zones
Development of a detailed food service program including:
– kitchen layout with storage areas, dishwashing zones, cold/freezer chambers
– bar and restaurant supply flows, room service infrastructure
– zoning and circulation diagrams for staff and guests
Visualizations for all key interior spaces across multiple iterations
Schematic documentation for kitchen technologies and operational logistics
The focus was on creating a coherent spatial and visual experience that integrates wellness, recreation, and hotel functionality within a unified architectural vision.
